Hee5 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service provider operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between hee5 and its members.

Hee5 strictly prohibits anyone under 18 from using the platform. Our position on this is absolute.

At any stage of registration, hee5 may request the following documents for age verification:

• National ID Card (NID) — front and back images
• Birth Registration Certificate (where applicable)
• Passport or driving license

If a member creates an account using a false age, all funds in that account will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

If minors have access to a shared family device, we strongly recommend enabling parental controls.

Hee5 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The key payment rules are outlined below:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (Standard Members)
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically 30 minutes to 2 hours
• Deposits and withdrawals must use the same payment method — if you deposit via bKash, your withdrawal must also go through bKash.
• Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

If hee5 detects suspicious transactions on an account, it reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

Hee5 bonus offers are an added benefit for members. However, all bonuses come with terms of use that members are required to follow.

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable to new members on their first deposit only.
• Each bonus has its own Wagering Requirement Yes — typically 10x to 30x the bonus amount must be wagered.
• Bonus validity is typically 7 to 30 days — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• It may not be possible to claim a new bonus while another bonus is still active.
• Hee5 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer.

Rules to follow when placing bets on hee5:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — the only exception is if a pre-match cash-out option is available.
• Hee5's odds are subject to change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• If a match is cancelled, the full stake is generally refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, hee5 reserves the right to void that bet.
• Delays may occur in live betting — placing bets to exploit such delays is prohibited.

In the event of a dispute over the outcome of an event, hee5's decision shall be final. To file an appeal, contact support within 72 hours.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hee5 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Attempting to hack, phish, or otherwise gain unauthorized access to the system
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Intentionally exploiting incorrect odds or technical errors (arbitrage)
• Misleading or defrauding other members

Hee5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found
• If KYC information is false or incomplete
• Extended inactivity (12 months)
• In Cases of Suspicious Financial Transactions
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion)

To close your account, please contact support. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before account closure. A monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from the balance of inactive accounts.

Hee5 believes gaming is for entertainment, not a solution to problems. We are committed to building a responsible gaming culture.

The following tools are always available on hee5:

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
• Session Time Limit: Automatic logout after a set period of inactivity.
• Self-Exclusion: From 30 days to permanent — self-exclude yourself from hee5.
